The antagonism ability of the15 species fungi associated with rot roots disease against the pathogen R.solani showed growth fungus T. harzianumwas faster than R.s which cover all area perti plate antagomism degree 1.33. A field experiment was carried out in 2011/2012 Agriculture College /Tikrit University for test induction a systemic resistance by harzianumagainst root caused three cultivars broad bean. Shabila cultivar infected and treated harzianumgave maximum seeds germination (98.67%) compared 67.67% untreated plants. Maximum specific activity Peroxidase 10.9 unit/mg protein recorded (with harzianum) local cultivar,while β-1,3glucanase 0.289 uninfected cultivar, Barshlona activities Chitinase Phenyl alanine ammonialyase were 0.074 2.089 protein, while Poly phenol oxidasewas 2.163 cultivar.Maximum total phenols 19.22 mg/g tissue cultivar. harzianum reduce percentage dead cells from 75.3, 70.0 58.3% local,Shabila to 20.07,30.0 44.4% these cultivars,respectively.in addition, T.h reduced severity from, 44.67, 50.67 44.67% 14.3, 23.67 and21.93% cultivars, respectively, productivity increased 53.7,34.8 74.3 g fresh 104,68 158.8 when harzianum.
